⚠️ What Gets Reset on Prestige
Lost: All cash, all machines, conveyors, plot unloader upgrades, pickaxes, backpacks, vehicles, and explosives purchased with standard money.
Kept: Earned Medals, aesthetic building blocks, Robux items (Nuke, XXL Backpack), and Starting Money prestige upgrades.
Medal Cost Formula
Minimum threshold is $20,000,000 for 1 Medal. Each additional Medal in the same run costs double.
| Medals Earned | Cash Required (This Medal) | Cumulative Total Cash |
|---|---|---|
| 1 Medal | $20,000,000 | $20,000,000 |
| 2 Medals | $40,000,000 | $60,000,000 |
| 3 Medals | $80,000,000 | $140,000,000 |
| 4 Medals | $160,000,000 | $300,000,000 |
| 5 Medals | $320,000,000 | $620,000,000 |
Formula: Total cash for N medals = $20M × (2ᴺ − 1)
Passive Upgrades (Scaling Cost)
Base cost is 1 Medal, strictly doubling for each subsequent level. Available at Rolijok's Prestige Store (behind Generico Mining Gear at The Mine).
| Upgrade | Bonus / Level | Cost Scaling | Gameplay Impact |
|---|---|---|---|
| Walk Speed | +10% | 1 → 2 → 4 → 8… | Faster foot transit in mine shafts |
| Jump Height | +15% | 1 → 2 → 4 → 8… | Better vertical terrain navigation |
| Pickaxe Strength | +10% | 1 → 2 → 4 → 8… | Access deeper ores with cheaper pickaxes |
| Pickaxe Speed | +10% | 1 → 2 → 4 → 8… | Faster extraction, closer to 0.08s hardcap |
| Vehicle Power | +15% | 1 → 2 → 4 → 8… | Improved top speed and acceleration |
| Starting Money | +$250 | 1 Medal (flat, no scaling) | Baseline cash on reset; accelerates recovery |
Prestige-Exclusive Machines (Fixed Cost)
These machines permanently unlock new processing pathways. They fundamentally alter factory layout strategy and the entire game economy.
| Machine | Medal Cost | Effect |
|---|---|---|
| Nano Sifter | 1 Medal | Upgrades Sifter from 10% → 16.6% ore conversion; outputs higher-tier ores |
| Ore Upgrader | 3 Medals | Transmutes ore one tier higher (e.g., Tin→Iron, Aluminium→Silver). Max: Mithril |
| Philosopher's Stone | 3 Medals | 1.25× permanent value multiplier to passing ore |
| Gem to Bar Transmuter | 4 Medals | Converts gems into equivalent-value metal bars (lose gem tags, gain metal tags) |
| Bar to Gem Transmuter | 4 Medals | Converts bars into equivalent-value gems for Prismatic Crucible routing |
| Duplicator | 8 Medals | Physically doubles conveyor items; clones have halved value. Enables parallel processing |
Optimal Prestige Strategy
🏆 First Prestige: $80M Target
At $80M you earn exactly enough Medals for the Ore Upgrader (3 Medals) plus Starting Money upgrades. The Ore Upgrader is the single most impactful machine in the game—it breaks the depth-based progression curve entirely.
⚡ Post-Prestige Mining Shift
With the Ore Upgrader, mine abundant Aluminium (150m)—the Upgrader converts it to Silver instantly. You no longer need expensive pickaxes or deep-bore vehicles. Focus on horizontal high-volume farming in 150m–1500m.
❌ Avoid: Nano Sifter First
Despite 16.6% ore output, the Nano Sifter relies on RNG and mathematically cannot compete with the guaranteed, deterministic output of the Ore Upgrader. Save your first Medal.
💡 Advanced: Transmuter + Assembler
The Gem to Bar Transmuter (4 Medals) lets Diamond ($1,500) feed into the Engine Factory (+150%) or Tablet Factory (+200%). This bypasses the limited Prismatic Crucible path entirely.
